Work includes: Communication breakdown, Repeated conflict cycles, Emotional disconnection, Rebuilding trust. Couples counseling is most effective when both partners are willing to engage consistently and apply what is learned between sessions. For that reason, we prioritize working with couples who are ready to invest in meaningful change and approach the process with intention. Additionally, individual counseling and virtual therapy options are available to support personal growth alongside couples work.

Focus: effective response and system regulating. Work includes: Identifying emotional triggers and patterns driving behavior, understanding the difference between anxiety-based behavior and willful defiance, and learning how to respond during emotional escalations without increasing intensity. This process can be beneficial in couples counseling and individual counseling settings. We aim to break cycles of repeated conflict and power struggles while building a calm, consistent structure and expectations at home. Strengthening the parent-child connection during difficult moments is crucial, alongside developing scripts and communication tools for hard conversations. Additionally, we support co-parent alignment and consistency when applicable, and create step-by-step behavior response plans for daily challenges such as bedtime, school refusal, and transitions. Our approach also aims to reduce parental burnout, guilt, and emotional exhaustion, which can be further addressed through virtual therapy.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost, whether you are seeking individual counseling, couples counseling, or other medical services.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services, including costs associated with virtual therapy sessions.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, along with any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service, such as individual counseling or couples counseling.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
